Having a plan is a must
when starting a home business. Without a plan, you have nothing to look
back at when things go wrong. Not that you can always predict when
something wrong is going to happen, but having a plan can get you back
on track so you do not skip a beat.

It can be easy to get

After all, you are the writer, designer, marketer, and boss. But one of
the most important jobs you have is customer service. The biggest
mistake you can make is forgetting about the customer. It is the
customer that is keeping you in business.
